Is this actually free?
Yes. We ship products to you at no cost and you keep them regardless of your feedback. We never ask for a credit card or payment of any kind.
How often will I receive products?
Typically 1-2 products per month during active testing cycles. Some months we test more, some less. You can always opt out of a testing round.
Do I need a certain type of cat?
Nope. We need all types — kittens, seniors, picky eaters, chaos agents, couch potatoes. The more diverse our tester pool, the better our data.
What if my cat doesn't like the product?
That's the whole point. Negative feedback is just as valuable as positive. If your cat ignores a product, we need to know that.
Where do you ship?
Currently all 50 US states. International testing is coming soon.
How long does the review take?
About 5 minutes. It's a simple scorecard — rate the product on 6 dimensions and write a few sentences about your cat's reaction.
