Free Standard Shipping

Orders over $40 ship free within the United States. Orders under $40 ship for a flat $4.99.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping is not currently available.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not yet available, but we're working on it.

Returns & Guarantee

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If your cat doesn't love it, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a refund, replacement, or exchange.

How Returns Work

Email hello@meowtested.com within 30 days with your order number and reason, and we'll reply within one business day with the best fix. In many cases we can refund you without needing the item back. If a return is required, we'll send instructions — return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, while we cover it for damaged or defective items.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. You'll see the credit on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no return needed.
