Free Standard Shipping

Orders over $40 ship free within the United States. Orders under $40 ship for a flat $4.99.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping is not currently available.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not yet available, but we're working on it.

If your cat doesn't love it, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

How to Return

Email hello@meowtested.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. You'll see the credit on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no return needed.
